Our turf is UV-stabilised, non-toxic and lead-free, with fire-resistant, heat-tolerant fibres designed for Queensland conditions. It feels soft underfoot while keeping a natural, realistic look.
We build the base as two separate layers rather than a single mix. Approximately 7 cm of road base goes down first to provide the primary structural support, followed by approximately 3 cm of crusher dust on top. Each layer is levelled and machine compacted in turn. The crusher dust is then screeded to a fine, flat surface before the turf is laid, which helps keep the finished lawn level and true for years.

Will and Harry, the two mates behind Turfin Time, learned the trade the long way: years on the tools, seeing how lawns are commonly built across the industry, and more importantly, how they age.
The pattern was clear. Shallow bases, light compaction and skipped infill are surprisingly common, even at premium prices, and they show up months later as dips, weeds, heat and odour.
