A finely graded crusher dust layer is then applied and levelled to create a smooth, stable surface. This allows us to achieve true ball roll consistency across the green.

The Materials

We use premium-grade synthetic golf turf designed for realistic playability and durability. Beneath the surface, we incorporate a specialised 8mm golf rolling rubber underlay, engineered to enhance ball speed, control, and overall performance. This layered system replicates the feel of a professional putting surface while maintaining structural integrity over time.
